How I can support you

We're in this together

I have extensive experience working with children, young people, adults, and families experiencing a range of mental health difficulties, including anxiety, low mood, and low self-esteem.

I also have significant experience supporting individuals with Autism, ADHD, and special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) across a variety of settings, including educational environments. Having worked as both an EHCP Coordinator and an Autism Mentor, I can support children and young people with school avoidance, social and relationship difficulties, organisation and executive functioning challenges, and sensory needs. I also work closely with families, helping them navigate the EHCP process and access appropriate support.

Through my involvement in LGBTQ+ support groups and specialist training, I am able to support individuals and their families in exploring, understanding, and affirming their identity.

I provide Autism and ADHD screening appointments, as well as comprehensive ADHD assessments and diagnostic evaluations. I also offer post-diagnostic support, helping individuals and families understand and manage the challenges and strengths associated with a diagnosis.

My therapeutic approach is flexible and tailored to each person's needs. I draw on a range of evidence-based models, including Person-Centred Therapy, Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Systemic Family Therapy, Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, and Mindfulness-based approaches.

Alongside my clinical work, I have a longstanding interest in the performing arts and have led and supported drama, music, and art workshops. I bring creativity and openness to my practice and, where appropriate, incorporate creative approaches into therapeutic work.
