About Me
A warm welcome!
I am a Clinical Psychologist registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and the Council of Registration of Psychologists in Cyprus.
As a therapist, I am an active listener who approaches each client with empathy, openness, and respect. I tailor my work to each individual's needs, empowering them to recognise and build upon their own strengths.
Previously, I worked as an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) Coordinator. This experience has given me a strong understanding of multidisciplinary working and enables me to take a holistic approach when considering support and intervention.
I am passionate about equality, diversity, and inclusion. I have co-chaired the Disability Advisory Forum at the Bedford College Group and served as an LGBTQ+ Student Support Officer, advocating for inclusive and accessible environments.
I am also a qualified teacher and am bilingual, offering services in both English and Greek.
My pledge to you
I am here to listen non-judgementally and help you find your own solutions and your own resources to overcome difficulties. This is not an easy process and it requires patience, time and effort from both parties.
It's built on trust; trust in the person, trust in the process and trust in the self.
